I have just been out to watch the return of the 'Royal Wessex' along the coastway - with seemingly half the population of Worthing.

The train ran @10mins late with 47 832 (which was 'tail-gunner' on the outward leg this morning) hauling just the rake of stock, so no 'Spam Can' even at the rear.

Any news on what happened to Tangmere? and where she is now?

The absent ashtray was a planned alteration- it came off at Eastleigh. All to do with a possession and it not being able to get back to its shed.

The buffer stops rub- well that's another story.

From what I've read elsewhere there's nothing to tell regarding this 'buffer stops' story. Case of 'move along now, nothing to see here 'by all accounts.

Thanks

Ben

You are correct Ben. A minor incident.
