Bath & Bristol Steam Express 18/03/2017

Have just checked the timings for today's run from Three Bridges to Bath and have found that the Black 5 45407 is now booked to haul it rather than 34046 (masquerading as 34052).

Cannot seem to find anywhere why loco's have been changed, is there a problem with the WC?
