Class 09 at Collyhurst Sidings, Manchester

Coming into Manchester this afternoon on the 1320 BBN-MCV I noted 09009 in the sidings at Collyhurst at the top of Miles Platting Bank.
Doe anybody know why it is there?

Looking at Real Train Times for today, there appears to be a 17:47 arrival at Collyhurst GBRF, empties? With the loaded train departing at 23:25 for Scunthorpe Roxby Gullet.
