Extra Jumper between 91 and TSO(E)?

Just spotted an extra jumper between Class 91's and the TSO(E).

Anyone know what its purpose is?

If it was a thin cable then it's probably the TDM bus between the DVT and locomotive. 91s don't use the RCH connectors for TDM when working with MkIVs

Possibly for the forward facing CCTV

It might be an Ethernet jumper cable you've seen fitted in the last couple of years.

Its the new orange box and black cable. There is one behind the rubbing plate on a 91 at the flat end also.
