One of my daughters is trying to make her first GW delay repay claim. She registered with the site, put in all the required details, up-loaded her e-tickets, etc. When she gets to the "make claim" button at the end, it just goes round and round and eventually times out. She's trie again, to the same effect.

Is she doing something wrong, or is their website raher flakey this evening?
