No angry gates at Cross Gates
Maybe they're gone since New Cross Gate opened?

Was the heath gone over a row at Heathrow?

I couldn't be more disappointed in a wide car selection at Greenford, yet missing one particular colour and model...

Always wanted to see a mouth of a port, but I wasn't lucky enough at Portsmouth.

The quay at Newquay was a bit rusty...

I didn't expect to leave hungry from Sandwich.

I wasn't impressed by Brighton after dark.

And it wasn't worth it when I got to Worthing.

I'll get my coat

No sign of a junction at Mitcham Junction (anymore).

Nowhere to have desserts at Pudding Mill Lane.

Of course no sign of Arsenal Football Club anywhere near Woolwich Arsenal.

No sign of a large, peaceful green area at Wembley Park (quite the opposite actually).

Definitely no Terminal 1 at Heathrow T123 (although I believe it may have been renamed with the T1 dropped from the name now).

I have never seen someone at Aldermaston put an older mast on their boat.

Nor have I seen someone cut slices of meat from a midge at Midgham.

I couldn't find anything to write with at Penrith, Penzance or Penarth.

Nobody greeted me by moving their hand to and fro in the air at Waverley or Wavertree.

I was not questioned over my choice of meat at Wylam.

There is a total lack of extension cables at Leeds.

No sign of Hercule Poirot's sidekick at Hastings.

People were telling fibs at Truro.

A lack of log cabins at Mansfield Woodhouse.

No comfortable sofas at Settle.

No obvious signs of damage at Dent.

Two local rivals were not playing each other at Derby.

I’ve yet to discover any large religious buildings inhabited by habit wearing individuals of any of any kind at Thornaby.

My ails were not cured when I went to Healing

Perhaps thankfully, I didn't get ulcers when I went to Ulceby

I found no open-toed footwear at Kirk Sandall, nor at Sandal & Agbrigg

Anyone seen a barrow at Barrow, a fox at Foxfield or a toilet at Weeton? And I'm not sure how many earls live in Earlstown? And definitely never seen two smoking barrels at Lostock!

Seems to be no red hills at Redhill

I don’t see any nut farms at Nutfield station.

No holy rocks at Godstone

No battles at Battle

Chelsea don’t seem to have scored any goals at Winchelsea
AH! You beat me too it with the Redhill one...!
But there are...

Not many pools in Poole?

No Bread at Rye

Henry I to Henry VII were nowhere to be seen at Seven Kings.

Is there a port at Stockport for that matter?

There definitely is not one at Davenport.

Not even one for the importation of gravy.

Come to think of it, there's no obvious remedy for journalists' high cholesterol at Prestatyn.

Plus no decent sausages in Bangor.

And I've yet to find a nice shaded woodland walk in Valley.

And as for holy faces in Halifax....

There was nowhere to buy feed for my horse at Haymarket

Pershore was nowhere near the coast

The ground at Moreton in Marsh was dry as a bone

And the structure built to cross the river at Carrbridge was made of stone and not an automobile

No famous 18th / 19th century actor, miraculously resurrected, waiting to entertain me at Kemble.
