LNER - Customer Experience Host Video Interview

Other half has just applied for a Customer Experience Role with LNER. He has now been asked to do a video interview.

Does anybody here now what sort of questions likely be asked?

He currently works in retail and, I think anyway, has plenty of relevant experience. But we’re wanting to have an idea of what the interview questions will be like, so that we can be concise and do a wee practice beforehand.

You will get 5 questions asking to recall a time when you have demonstrated safety, own initiative, good customer service, a challenging scenario, worked under pressure.

You will have 10 minutes to read, prepare and answer/record each question.

If your pal already works in retail/customer services he will be fine.
