Maximum speed of end gangway stock?

Currently, the maximum speed of multiple units with end gangway connections is 110mph - for both Class 350s and Class 387s. Would there be anything to prevent a 125mph multiple unit having end gangways? How about 140mph, 186mph, etc.?

Nothing legislatively stopping it, but practicality it's not going to happen for reasons of crashworthiness and aerodynamics
