Is it possible to use a Zone 1-4 weekly Oyster season ticket in conjunction with a boundary zone 4 to Reading SVR and travel on a non-stop GWR service?

if your SVR is routed 'via slough', than yes.

Although there are many cheaper options than that, depending on what your actual travel is (one off, or regular etc)

You may indeed use a Zone 1-4 Travelcard plus BZ4 to Reading on non-stop trains.

(The fact the Travelcard is held on an Oyster card makes no difference; what matters is the message, not the medium)
