On days when Exeter City are playing at home as was the case yesterday, some services start and terminate there as opposed to Exeter Central.
Yet yesterday the 17.10 to Barnstable appeared to pass a crowded platform and seems to have started at Exeter Central.
Coincidentally a seemingly empty 2 car 150 passed by in the opposite direction at the same time.
I'm sure there was a good reason for this, but I'm interested to know what it was.
It didn't make too much difference to the mostly locally based passengers as everyone piled onto the already rammed service from Exmouth 10 minutes later, but was unhelpful to passengers travelling further afield.
Thanks in advance.
