It was done the other way in post 43068.
Presumably that was 43066.

I'm just interested as to the distance. Historically we've been limited to 0.5 miles as per the rule:

  • You may walk up to about half a mile when changing modes to a stop in the vicinity, if you wish.
However I know recently there have been times we've exceeded that to allow us to escape an area we've been bogged down in, or somewhere with hardly any options, but Beeston Interchange doesn't strike me as such a place.

To be fair, from the tram stop at Beeston it's an 11 minute/0.5 mile walk to Beeston station. I've done it plenty of times so I think it's okay in this instance.

Ta, as I said I was just looking for confirmation it was within 0.5 mile, done it myself a fair few times too!

Next we take the 1946 Northern service to Featherstone arriving at 1958 on Saturday.

With Doncaster having been somewhere we visited only ten moves ago, we decide to head to pastures new. Grateful for the wide range of destinations afforded, we leave the station and take the seven minute walk to Frenchgate Interchange, where we board the recently renumbered 1955 First South Yorkshire Mainline service X3 (formerly the X78) to Meadowhall Interchange, arriving there at 2058 on Monday evening.

Or not...
