Stagecoach are taking part in this year’s National Customer Service Week from 7th-13th October. A range of activities will be taking place throughout the week, designed to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
Activities taking place during the week include:
- Tweet the Directors - our Managing Director Andrew Jarvis, and Operations Director Mark Whitelocks will be covering our Twitter account (@StagecoachEScot) on Monday from 1pm - 5pm answering your queries and taking your feedback!
- 'Back to the floor' day - the same Directors are taking to the roads on Tuesday, carrying out various driving shifts across the area - keep a look out for them and say hello!
- Staff job swaps - two of our staff are swapping jobs on Wednesday to learn more about the other roles, how each interact with our customers and the behind the scenes planning that goes into our routes. The staff involved are James Kenneth, Inspector at Stagecoach Strathtay and Martin Gallagher, Commercial Assistant at our East Scotland head office.
- Breakfast goodies at Ferrytoll P&R - we'll be giving out free breakfast goodies at Ferrytoll on Thursday morning, enjoy breakfast on us before you make your journey to work!
- All week we're inviting you to nominate your customer service champion, who could be a driver, travel shop staff member or even someone you've spoken to at one of our depots. Send your nominations to
[email protected] or post them on our Twitter or Facebook page. If you don't know their name we'd need to know the journey you were on, including date, time, stop and direction of travel, or better still, send us the driver/duty number and date from your ticket for us to trace.
