Tips - First Great Western Train Manager interview

I have a phone interview for the above role on 24th April and i really would like some tips as to what research etc .... anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated.

Newboy - you need to prepare interview based on STAR guide.
They will give you situations and you need to answer what did you do And why did you think it was right thing to do. Also know much about job role and company.

My interview was based on STAR.
It's easy if you are prepared and know exactly what to say.

Hello, I'm a with FGW also going for this position internally

I've been told for the external people and internal people who aren't Guards, the next stage is a assessment then team exercise then finally a manager interview.

There are two positions open for the campaign, both are in the mixed turn link basically early, middle and late turns.

Worcester has three links permanent early turns, mixed and then permanent late turns.

Interviews are on course for the next few weeks.

Yeah the depot is Paddington

Paddington is easy, they check you for a pulse and count the number of limbs you have - and they are negotiable on that!

Keep in mind, Safety is the big buzzword of FGW - phrase all answers accordingly!

6 May also for Wos, not heard a thing in 6 weeks, despite 2 calls to them!
