Travelcard to/from Watford Junction

If one has a Zones 1-9 + Watford Junction (Off-Peak) Day Travelcard, is it only valid on London Overground services between Harrow & Wealdstone and Watford Junction, or can it also be used on London Midland and Southern services?

Technically this ticket is issued as Watford Junction to London Zones 1-6 AAA London Zones 7-9.

It may be used on any operator but note that it is only valid for one return journey between Watford Junction and the boundary of Zone 9 and then unlimited journeys in zones 1-9.
