I know it's a lot to ask considering the disappointment. But would anyone who got the failed (following only having done the SJT) mail last night, mind seeing what the status says for their application on the TFL website? Does it still say job status 'active' and submission status 'completed'? Or has it changed to something else now?

1 and a half months of waiting and just got the email. Feel gutted. I've spent hours every day preparing myself. I've been getting 90% or higher on practice mechanical comprehension tests, concentration tests, fixing tests, yet I'm judged on a situational judgement test! Feel very depressed. Good luck to everyone else

I'm sorry to hear about your rejection and those others of you in the same boat. To wait this length of time and then be rejected must be so demoralising. Be positive though and think how ready you will be when the next openings are offered.

I am a complete novice to the whole procedure anywhere in the industry so can I ask a couple of questions?

What is meant by AC1 and AC2?

And to Traingameuk in particular, where do you find these tests that you referred to where you are getting such good scores? Well done on that!

Thanks very much and good luck to all those still waiting for news. I think that maybe I did not hear about this soon enough and my SJT was only completed on 2nd April. I'm comforting myself with that for now rather than the thought that I might have failed the SJT!

It's all in this thread and the job spec.. But basically AC1 is all the tests like the group bourdon, co-ordination etc, and AC2 (different day) is the interview and recording an announcement based on some supplied information.

AC1 has a SCAAT test which is similar to group bourdon but easier IMO. There is a piece of software on this forum which allows you to practice it.

Unlucky and I'm sorry to hear all those people who have been rejected :(
I still have had no response back but hopefully should get a decision next week whether I'll progress to AC1 or not.

Where can I find the software on the forum so I can practice?

It should be one of the top two sticky threads on this jobs forum. If you sift through it, you will find a download to store on your computer so you can practice as much as you wish..... and funny enough, I'm the opposite to the other poster previous as I find the SCAAT harder!!!!

Personally I found the SCAAT sheets printed by the program a lot harder than the actual test.

The software prints full A4 pages of sheets, where the actual test with LU isn't.

Still haven't had my rejection email. So not sure what it means with my application being updated on Friday.

Are you waiting following SJT or AC1?

Nothing either ??????

Weird thing is that mine has not even updated so last time my application was updated was on the 29th of March when I was invited for a SJT.

Just had an email saying I'm through to AC1, but it'll take a long time to get back to me.

Just got this through;

Further to your recent application for the role of Train Operator - Night Tube PT, I am pleased to confirm that you have met the required benchmark in the Situational Judgement test which you completed and you will be invited to attend an assessment centre.

As there has been considerable interest in this campaign, it will take some time to progress all candidates through the application process. A member of the Recruitment Team will therefore contact you in due course when further assessment dates are available; full details of the assessment centre and what it entails will also be sent as these become available.

In the meantime, I would like to thank you for your patience and wish you every success with your application.

Ignore what it says online, mine was only updated 8 months after starting with them (a year after the advert was posted).

I haven't got that email (yet hopefully?) :(

Has there been any more rejections today?
And does anyone know how long it could be- was this similar to last year?
