You can certainly see the guy's opinion and can for sure see why he is less than pleased, but surely during all the consultations he would have known that something would have been going either there, or at the very least, very close to there.

ECHO readers are divided over two “monstrous” towers that have appeared at the bottom of a retired couple’s garden.
Andy Wells, 67, and wife Susan live in Mersey Avenue, Maghull, where the new Maghull North station is being built.
Mr Wells said the value of his house had fallen by 30% and it could lose even more, but many readers pointed out the benefits of living close to a train station.
Michael Myers said: “House value fell by 30%? Just rephrase it as excellent rail links...”.
And Kevin Pilnick was even more optimistic: “The house won’t drop in price at all. A house in a nice area very close to a train station for a commute in lpool. Will increase!”
Merseytravel ’s website says that Maghull North station will feature a staffed office, a pedestrian footbridge with disabled access, toilets, a 150-space car park and passenger-waiting facilities....
