More time for us to practice the tests then....

Just hope they do not fill up with enough candidates first, we could be waiting until they advertise again.

Just got an email, I’ve been short listed for a DMI, they will come back with a date in 4 weeks
Have received this email too.

Hopefully it is before 4 weeks as I am scheduled to start elsewhere in around 7 weeks. Won’t be able to attend the DMI/potential medical otherwise.

Anyone been to an assessment day and not have to complete any of the test?

If yes what TOC did you pass your initial assessment day with?

Question:
If I have passed the tests in the assessment centre for TFL train driver role, will there be any changes to the assessment I take for the MTR train driver role?

Is it for tfl tube or tfl overground ?
Tube one is not valid as they are jus train operators. Overground one is fine if it's passed

Use a computer mouse and not a laptop mouse pad. Don't get flustered when doing the M7 if you make an error focus on getting the next one right

:'( Please help. I completed my VSE and then when I tried to do the SJT it would not show me the link so I signed but when I tried to sign back in it said no more test to sit. My deadline is today and I’ve sent emails and I don’t think they work weekends. So worried I’ll miss the deadline now.

They were def around / working last week as people were receiving mails from them, so keep your fingers crossed. If there's no record of you attempting it they might let you do it still.

Hi all. Has anyone has been to the test centre in St Mary Axe, London? I've got an assessment there and was just wondering if there's any parking about? I know I'm probably looking at having to get the train anyway but just thought I'd check first.

Hello mate. Was there yesterday and was right next to the Gerkin. There may be parking In the area but certainly not near the building!

Do they ask you what your knowledge of MTR Crossrail is during the interview on the assessment day, or is more about your background and suitability as a train driver?

Hi Guys, 1st time posting. Ive been shortlisted for the assessment centre after passing SJT and VSE. I completed stage 1 written paper tests with sSWT in sept 2017. I understand there are a couple of extra tests which MTR ask u to completed but do u think i will skip stage 1 straight to computer test reaction (grey boxes). Also should i call them to tell them when i get an assessment date or will they know?

Thanks guys and all the best
