Just received a reply stating I'm to complete an online test. If successful at this stage you will be contacted on Thursday for an interview on Friday and then a start date for Feb 19. Hopefully everyone should start getting replies today or as soon as.

What I don't understand is that. The start date is 19 Feb. If I'm successful Fri 26 Feb the same day as an interview it doesn't give me enough notice period which I stated on the application

I still haven't had a response either way, have checked my junk folder too.

I'm in the same position as you regarding notice to current employer. If successful, I need to give 4 weeks notice. Hardly an extraordinary or unusual amount of notice to give, I'm utterly perplexed at their seeming failure to account for this.

Just came back from the interview. They asked generally competency based Q's. How you went above and beyond ur normal service, challenges, mistakes etc... Hopefully hear back within a week, they ask for your notice period so if successful hopefully there's more courses

I haven’t heard anything back since I applied earlier this month. Thought the job advert was fake when I first saw so who knows lol.

An absolute joke of a recruitment process.

Years on the underground and customer facing roles, overseen all sorts of emergency and dangerous situations only to told in less than an hour I'm not good enough.

There is such a thing as “too much experience”. I am lucky enough to have been turned down for jobs which my employer didn’t think were a good use of my time. Alternatively - much as it pains me to say it - if you rock up or submit an application with any air of “I know everything” then it will not help. There aren’t many jobs quite like the PSA role and from my observations there are not that many people who are ideally suited to driving a train, fault finding, customer service and revenue protection all in one role, and very few people will be both flexible enough and have the right attitude to learn it all. This doesn’t mean you wouldn’t fit, but there could be a random niggle in your form or interview which suggested you wouldn’t.

Did you go for the interview? I went for this role but haven't heard back yet. It is a little vague on what was to expect during the interview and if there are any assessments thereafter. The interview is competency based questions and you have to do a radio test aswell, it lasted about an hour all together.

I am curious if anyone can share any insight to how many PSA positions are available and if the pension is the same as LU TFL or part of KAD.

Hi all,

Recently applied for the passenger service agent role and I'm still waiting to hear back if my application was or was not successful. Does anyone know if DLR respond for both situations mentioned above?
Appreciate your feedback.

Regards

You should get a reply via email to complete a test if successful.
