Looks very sharp. And almost like it's missing an old Virgin West Coast logo!
Or will it be "Wales and Borders" logos? There's already been some political arguments over that...Appreciate this might be up in arms as of yet, but will it eventually get the TfW logos too?

They’re stick-on wheelie bin numbers, aren’t they. Oh my.Apart from the typeface used for the numbers which looks too much like the old pre-Corporate Image BR diesel numbers
I challenge you to find any TOC who doesn't use stick-on "wheelie bin" numbers for their stock nowadays...They’re stick-on wheelie bin numbers, aren’t they. Oh my.
Agree needs more red, looks too plain and will look dirty with all that white. But I'll wait and see final product with vinyls appliedMore red needed.
153323 may be trying to have a go tomorrow:-

I agree, re-branding in existing livery, as seen on the Mk 3 set and ex-FGW 153s would've been sufficient IMO, then roll out the big re-brand when the real improvements come along in 2022/23Given the time it has taken to refurbish and repaint four 175s, would it not be more logical to either use cheaper vinyl wrapping or even not touch the livery at all, since by the time the last one is done it won't be long before they start moving elsewhere (and with it into a TOC using a different livery)?
Units 003 and 107 look decent enough in the vinyl wrapping.

Thanks for the info175001 has returned from Widnes, but I don't know what unit (if any) went in.
I'm still disapointed that the doors and the window band on the TfW livery are red and dark grey respectively and not the dark green used on the ValleyLines Pacer livery. Chiltern's silver sets have their window band the same colour as the doors so presumably that's allowed as long as the lower half of the bodyside is a contrasting colour to the doors.Valley lines livery vibes
Green has never been part of TfW's brand identity, so personally I'm not disappointed that something that was never going to happen isn't happeningInteresting that the class 67 has a grey band along the bottom, like the Greater Anglia livery the class 170s are arriving in, unlike the 158s and 175s which have no such band.

8 158s left for TfW livery, 3 of those being non-PRMGreat! Only 9 more left now, and one is probably in paint shop now
To "all" 3...? which Facebook page / group are they on / in...? And yes, quite Although the doors are the wrong shade of redI've seen photos on FB today of the 170s in Canton sidings. The photos aren't very clear, but you can see that 'TfW/Wales and Borders' logo and branding has been applied to the GA livery, the grey strip has been left on the bottom of the train.
Must be the easiest re-brand for TfW so far, no re-paint or re-vinyl needed
'Railways in South Wales' on FB. But you're not missing anything, the photos aren't great quality but the lettering and branding is just visible. To "all" 3...? which Facebook page / group are they on / in...? And yes, quite Although the doors are the wrong shade of red
oh, so you couldn't make out the unit numbers, or was it on all of the three that have been delivered so far...?'Railways in South Wales' on FB. But you're not missing anything, the photos aren't great quality but the lettering and branding is just visible.
