Willesden Junction to Stratford and New Cross Gate to Sydenham will have 4tph while the ELL core will operate 8tph and will close early unlike the EL core which will reduce to 6tph in the evening.
Presumably the New Cross Gate signal box doesn't have the staff to continue a New Cross/NXG service to Dalston which would operate on TfL metals.
