Yeah exactly I’m just being paranoid hahaWhy would they?

Part 3 didn't have train stop counter, There were only two types of error on my test on the track, it changed colour to purple and skipped stops. Might be different for others though
Hope i'm not the only one who's becoming excited about doing this test with the errors on the track, I just want to see what its all about. I actually think it sounds fun. (fingers crossed I get a chance at it)
Not way more at all, it only changed colour and skipped stops, it didn't reverse and there was no more than one dot moving on the track, i know these are errors but these were not on the test i did. Could be different for other people.I sat the VSE and M7 last year for a different TOC. Part 1 & part 3 had exactly the same errors this time around, there was way more than what you have described above.
The M7 was also had exactly the same questions.
I can’t see them making the test random for different people, that’s not a fair testing process.
There is definitely an element of excitement and fun with the testing process!

Not to disclose what errors there were, but part 3 of mine had a lot more errors than what your suggestingNot way more at all, it only changed colour and skipped stops, it didn't reverse and there was no more than one dot moving on the track, i know these are errors but these were not on the test i did. Same here (only applied to Manchester though). Is there anyone who hasn’t heard anything at all?? I applied for Liverpool and Manchester, did my first 5 assessments on the 12th, deadline of the 14th…I’ve not even had the 28 day email??
This waiting is certainly a challenge in itself!!
Same here in not including colour and shapeNot to disclose what errors there were, but part 3 of mine had a lot more errors than what your suggesting
Yes you are right sorry, I just remembered there were more, I did press error on it. There were two more errors, a second dot appearing and the dot reversing. In part 3Not to disclose what errors there were, but part 3 of mine had a lot more errors than what your suggesting
Lol haha this made me lolAh that's funny, every time it popped up I thought 'what the hells that mean', glanced at my router, told the kids to get off the Netflix.
My deadline was on the 23rd and I done mine 1pm on the 23rdMaybe I’m being paranoid. But my deadline for VSE test is 29th and I’m gonna do it 27th haha they wouldn’t change it or withdraw it would they?
No multiple dots?Part 3 didn't have train stop counter, There were only two types of error on my test on the track, it changed colour to purple and skipped stops. Might be different for others though
The tests are usually at Crewe (paper) or Watford (computer). I haven't heard of them being done in Glasgow, so I would suggest being prepared to get a few days off just in case.Does anyone know if they do the Edinburgh and Polmadie tests at Crewe as well or if they get done in glasgow? Just trying to be hopeful on getting to next stage and planning for event of it being Crewe as if it is it would need at least a couple days off work short notice.
No nothing yetAnybody at polmadie received M7 and VSE yet?
I’m gonna do mine tomorrow. Nothino like the practice material then? HahaJust done the VSE, phew..part 1 lulls you into a false sense of security lol all very sedate and quite slow.. part 2 a little tougher I found, then part 3.. you really need to be focused.
I had to go out and buy a mouse as that's what's recommended but feel it hindered me overall.
Anyone practiced the Group Bourdon and knows how my score is? Can’t work out the scoring system.I’m gonna do mine tomorrow. Nothino like the practice material then? Haha
You get any practice ones before the actual test?No it's not like the practice material, but the practice material does train your mind into a way of approaching it.. it's not complex at all and the instructions are clear enough, you just need a quiet space, switched on and focussed and don't dwell on a mistake.

cheers mateYes you do for part 1 & part 2, not for part 3 though as that's 1&2 combined
Think this is the same for Manchester. Only received a 28 day email. I don’t think I’ve seen any posts on here to suggest anyone from Manchester or polmadie have received the m7 or vse.No nothing yet

Good luck to you too mate, I've applied for Liverpool too along with a load of others on here what day did you complete your test on can I ask ?Hello All! Great to see the amount of interaction, it's very helpful. I applied for Liverpool Depot & received an email on Friday confirming I have moved on to the assessment day on the 3rd of April. First time I've applied for a train driver position, just a mixture of nerves and excitement for now. Wishing luck to you all.
