Couple of day ago I am travelling in the train I have railcard on train line application and I losted my phone couple of days again so I don’t have my railcard with me and I bought ticket with 16 to 25 railcard and ticket insecoptor cought me as I have railcard but the problem is as I lost my phone I lost email which is Connected with my railcard and I am not able to get access to my email. In this situation is there any way to prove that I have railcard ?
I assume you will be getting a replacement phone. Therefor you shoudl be able to download the railcard app on your new phone and access the railcard from there.
Yes I did but it’s showing password is not correct and the option of forget I am not able to use as I lost that email address which is connected to railcard account

Who or where did you buy the Railcard from? If you can’t resolve these problems to access it you will probably need to telephone their customer services. If the Railcard is still in date it is valid so you should be allowed access to it.
You need to resolve these problems issue with your e mail access.
I assume you have other device as you are able to post on this forum.

Yes I have but the email address has two step verification and second step verification going to phone number and that phone number now belongs to another individual

Yes I tried but it’s sending reset password link to email and unfortunately I don’t have access to my email address
You should be able to get the SIM card that was in your lost phone reissued with the same phone number. Failing that, you need to call customer services and explain what's happened. There's a chance they'll be able to verify you some other way to restore access to your Railcard account.

Ring the railcard retailers customer services to get restored access.
If you cannot get restored access in the time you are required to upload a copy of your railcard you need to explain all this to the railway company that stopped you and checked your ticket. Which company was that, what station or journey were you on.
You are likely to face a penalty of over £150 with also a threat of criminal court proceedings if you don’t do this so I would be contacting the railcard retailers customer services urgently asap.
People can advise you here on what to write to the railway company if you cannot not get your railcard reinstated within 14 days of the incident.
You need to be clear about what happened to get good help here.
I suspect English is not your first language so perhaps you need someone who can help settings out clearly.
Please answer these questions clearly using the same numbers.
1) The key question is did you own a valid Railcard a few days ago when you were stopped on the train and could not show it because you had lost your phone?
2) Did you have a Railcard that expired in November?
3) Did you renew it in November or at another date?
4) When did you renew it?
5) have you telephoned Trainline customer services to get them to help you access any railcard you may have bought that is still valid?

1. Yes I own
2. I have that railcard on train line app
3. Yes I renew it in November
4. In the November month
5. I tried twice but no response so I will try tomorrow again
I would say it's unwise to lose control of both your email address and your phone number, and this is likely to cause you problems dealing with officialdom in other ways, quite aside from the Railcard
