I can confirm that the above is incorrect on all counts, the only thing that has been agreed is a safety critical guard on all services for the remainder of the franchise, thats from a senior RMT officer. In regards as Merseyrail agreement, there isn't one yet as its still being discussed.

Yes he did turn up to two pickets yesterday and it's been posted somewhere that he will allegedly be presenting new proposals to the DFT this coming week or next. We shall see.
