Probably would out of all of them but it's still mainly stopper work I believe but certainly a better mix then cricklewood.
Im sure GN have a different rest day set up to TL but I'm not sure exactly.
Definitely no depot at blackfriars, it's only been closed about 9 years lol.
Tbh they are all intensive stopper work, st albans and cricklewood will be mostly double sutton loops but I'd look at whats closest.
Think they all have nights.
They are just admin bods basically there to fill the jobs that the CDM doesn't want to do, sickness, mfa etc.
They aren't driver qualified and are pretty much just a hyped up admin assistant.
Certainly not a job id want to be taking up in my late 50s, the shifts are extreme and they do take a toll on your body no matter how much you think you can handle them, they do wear you down but if you think you can handle it then give it a go.
They wont be lenient, the times are there to help manage fatigue, there has to be a cut off and with an influx of people applying it's one of the easiest ways to filter people out.
Its not as good as some thats for sure but if it's a closer commute it will cost less in fuel and give you more time at home anyway.
Id argue the work will be better and more laid back then ARL too.
Sundays are outside so a good chance to boost the wage as well
No sundays are outside but they do have committed sundays at Southern and committed at TL at 8/12 a year depending on when you started with the company.
I would argue that gwr is probably the better place to work, less doo probably, lower workload.
