    I was searching to see if there had been anything posted on the site about the Benson report into UTA railways . . . which brought up your post, now locked I know its some time since you posted, and I can't directly help, but the Public Records Office Northern Ireland (PRONI) have a copy: PRONI do offer a copying service, so they could send you a copy of the report.
