    I have seen integrated coach services work well in Italy. They use them for off-peak services to maintain an hourly schedule, routes to places without a railhead and also as a pick-up from intermediate stations.

    Senior, but there are no options for any Railcards. Southern have said they are not available at some stations. I had tried Brighton and Worthing previously.

    Brighton TVMs do issue Concession/Railcard tickets. Try negotiating the 'gated' ticket office with a bicycle or double buggy! For occasional travellers it's a real disincentive to even try.

    This is further evidence supporting my point that this has not been tested. It is truly appalling that random, unstructured tests by users on a live system is identifying so many errors especially with critical interfaces like real-time incident reporting.
