Where is the evidence that staff are being negligent? Problems with the maintenence regime do not imply negligence, and the front line staff do their best with the resources and knowledge they have.

Would Derby's lathe be able to be modified to remedy this in preparation for the 810 fleet, or will a new lathe be required do you think?
