I think it was around April 2018 I applied. Then passed everything with FL (like many others) and entered into their Talent Pool. Early this year I was then contacted by WMT who invited me to interview then recently offered me a course starting on 29th July.

Yes I did however I politely declined as I would rather wait for a driver position as my current role allows me the time to wait. Good luck to those who will start in the yard, will be great experience ready to move on the mainline!
They wouldn't know specifically that someone was in the FL Pool however they would obtain your OPC results and compare them to their standards. This then allows them to know what tests you may require to resit, if any?
Really is great news that things are now moving and many of you have start dates, especially for those who have been waiting 10yrs to get in to this game!! Well Done. Lets hope the rest of the training courses come around soon which being reasonable would be around July time perhaps??
