Hi, she also is still in the talent pool. My friend is a manager over the CSA's at Man Picc, but he doesn't really have much to do with HR, but he said time frames can vary, those at the top of the list get selected first and then they work down the list, so when a position becomes available, it goes to the person and the top then they work down for the next and so forth. I do believe there is positions coming up soon though at Picc, , but how many are in the talent pool I do not know, this information he did not have. Hope fully the wait is not too long. Hi so sorry to bother u again. I just recieved an email saying I have been put in the talent pool. Did your girlfriend get this too. How long was it till she got the position? Thanks again

]Yes, its based at Man Picc, she had to work in team, going out on the train chatting to customers, then when she got back, the team had to give a presentation on what they though made a good CSA, then she had a mini interview with a local manager.]

Oh right ok thanks very much, I have been assed to come tomorrow for liverpool base, could u ask what questions they ask in the mini interview I'm very nervous. Any tips ? Thanks u have been a great help
