My gf had the same email, and is also in talent pool. It all goes off what position you are in the talent pool, what depot you are waiting on, and when a vacancy arises. There is no fixed time limit really. Could be this month, could be 6 months or longer. What depot are you waiting for ?

As far as I am aware, only four candidates are being selected for each depot that advertised a vacancy, as there is only one position in each depot, possibly 2 at Man Picc. There is no saying one of those four will be selected, you have to impress and give a good interview.

Yes, its based at Man Picc, she had to work in team, going out on the train chatting to customers, then when she got back, the team had to give a presentation on what they though made a good CSA, then she had a mini interview with a local manager.
