    I have responsibility for the TVMs in Northern, I have read your thread and firstly I am really sorry to hear about all of the problems you have had, that is certainly not how it is supposed to work, and I am sorry we have let you down.

    If you are able to give me some details (your name & email address will do) and where you sent the additonal tickets you purchased, then I can converse with you off forum and I will ensure that you receive a full refund without any administration fee etc. Please do not send me your card details!

    I hope we can resolve this as soon as possible, and I will also speak with the manager for Chorley station to determine why this went wrong for you when you approached our staff for help.
