Congrats on getting to the interviews!
Mine was a pretty standard interview to be honest. The two blokes were very nice and tried their best to put me at ease.
Very general questions such as can you give me an example when you gave excellent customer service or made important decisions alone. Have a think through all your customer service history and I'm sure you'll be ok. I buggered it up but at least I'm prepared for the next time!
