    HT Adelantes...

Aye, but the coverage issue is surely contradicted by the wifi being available anywhere? Each method has it's own pro's and cons.

    Medical help!

My dad was on citalopram... And had to inform his work (he worked trackside) and this did have an impact on him working on trackside... Obviously, it isn't trackside for you, and the problem isn't the same as yours - so as others have said - doesn't hurt to tell them. Better be safe than sorry!

Attention 16-25 year olds - can you help me with some research?

What do you study at the met? I'm there, so was just wondering!

    Improving rail services in Yorkshire

I'm surprised no one has mentioned... (as far as I can see) about Network Rails proposed plans to increase capacity on Ftpe's service across the Pennines. They're apparently, going to allow 6 trains from Leeds - Manchester per hour, as part of a scheme in Manchester, which will apparently...

Man killed by freight train in Manc Pic

And i've seen from a lot of posts that people seem to take a negative stance on the poor person involved who was killed too. I obviously understand how bad it must be for the driver and witnesses to see it happen, but i've only see a minority of people understand and reason on behalf of the...

    Newspaper Article

Thankyou for those Statistics, i've already mentioned mainland Europe, but I'm wanting to focus on British Railways, and what happened over here. But thankyou for the insight!

    Newspaper Article

Well, everywhere was hit hard before and after Christmas really. Eurostar as has been said was hit before and over the Christmas period, whilst FTPE, XC and EC were all hit after and some before Christmas. This isn't even going into the problems Southern suffered due to the third rail problems...

    Newspaper Article

Hey So i'm writing an article on the general shutdown of transport over the Xmas Period because of the snow, and i'm just wondering what people thik I should include. I want to write more on XC, East Coast and Eurostar, but I only have basic details. I'm then going to compare it to America...

    Northern Rail services to Glasgow

I think I remember hearing or seeing somewhere that, as pointed out already it is a joint service between Scotrail and Northern, BUT I remember reading that it is a Scotrail Service as far as a certain point, and then a Northern Service from another point, thus the different operators. I'm not...

    TPE not getting franchise extension?

Well if i'm honest... I travel to Manchester quite a lot, and most of the trains i've been on have been bang on time into Piccadilly, and I can say the same for a few other colleagues as well. So in all fairness, I can completely see where people are taking the literal from. Why burn a TOC when...

    Blackberry Upgrade

Hey I've got an iPhone on Orange, and i'm wondering whether or not i'll be able to upgrade to a Blackberry, or whether it would be best for me to like just sell my iPhone and get a blackberry that way ?

how long would a direct train between penzance and inverness via london take?

I was just going to say, why doesn't someone just make an extension of the service XC have already got? Instead of it going upto Glasgow/Edinburgh, continue upto Inverness the whole way!!

    Disruption due to poor weather

Thankyou =) I knew the site, I just didn't know where to check... When I saw the calendar, I assumed that blue meant "ok" days, and red were engineering works days. And, it doesn't actually say that it's the amended timetable cos of the weather there either =/
