    I have passed the telephone interview and have the full day assessment 22nd April. It sounds like I've got through the easy part so far!
    Hi questions revolve around customer service training and job motivation for the telephone interview

    Structured revolves around emergency situations rules and regs importance of not making mistakes how your job is similar to that of a driver greatest achievement etc and final interview is loads of questions on safety working under pressure team work customer service etc
