Wonder if anyone could tell me how manufacturers get on with copying liveries of train operators and other brands applied to rolling stock etc? Assumed that companies are very protective about the copying of logos, intellectual rights etc ....do the manufacturers have to pay royalties etc? Ta !!

As others have said, let Network Rail know. They will send someone out to check. When I have reported what I thought was an issue (unrelated to third rail!) I received confirmation back within an hour that someone had checked (in my case, it was OK after all). ...they can do their own work...
