Ok,

The classics and XFactor are starting to become a bit boring - so what would you like to see as the next No.1.

If you could post a youtube video here as well, that would great!

My mate just sent me this ... find it quite hilarious but seriously wouldn't mind hearing it on the radio! Shame it's not out till next year...

sexual slang words are involved - don't watch if you get offended by music or laughter.

The Wombats Christmas single is well cool I reckon. Peter "Geraldine" Kay will do it though in my opinion.

Let's face it; it's a sham. Have you ever noticed that Simon Cowell's TV shows just happen to end in the few weeks before Christmas? :?

In fact, the whole music industry's a sham at the moment. Looking through the last set of Christmas Number Ones, there's songs that I've never heard of! All because of The X Factor.

Sorry about the rant, but on a lighter note, I would buy an X-Factor single if and only if this woman won:

 Of course the X Factor is scheduled to finish now. The winner's single will be released on Monday, 2 days after the final. I don't watch it, and never have. But if you'd heard the X Factor's Finalists version of Mariah Carey's "Hero", you would appreciate that they are damn good singers. (I didn't buy it, I just listen to Radio 1 a lot).

And current Number 1, Leona Lewis' version of "Run" by Snow Patrol, is really beautiful. Damn that girl can sing.

But as I said before, I would love "Is this Christmas?" by The Wombats to be number 1. Or Basshunter's Jingle Bells

 Is this the same X-Factor we're talking about here? ;)

And if you've heard it as many times as i have recently (it's always on the music channels, which are always on the tv in my year's common room) you'll absolutely hate it.

You cannot understand the extent to which i loathe that bloody song.

Everyone would have noticed that Simon Cowell's tv shows end in the few weeks before christmas, thats the whole point!

Not that I agree with it though, I hate the bloody X Factor which means that if I must support something, it would be the Peter Kay Geraldine thingy, which incidentally, is the whole reason why he is doing it.

N-Dubz is a great band, if you don't like better not waste my time, then what about papa, ouch, work work. They all great tunes, certinly better than the useual sort of number like, Cliff Ricky, and X factor, people, and Westlife. Needs to be something modern, alternetive, hip hop rap music is. So N-Dubz for me.

In all honesty, it's really down to one's personal taste...From thy post, I can gather that ye like N-Dubz quite a bit...But after giving some of their official videos on YouTube - As linked above - A spin, I think that I'd rather try going one-on-one against an HST at full thrash than have to listen to any N-Dubz stuff for more than fifteen seconds!

N-Dubz? There is only 1 decent thing about them.
That you can listen to something else?
Nay...More that the act of slicing them all to bits with a well-sharpened, 500hp Chainsaw* has a most satisfying - Yet strangely positive and beneficial - Feel to it!:lol:;)<D

Anyhow...Here's my next nomination for Yule nr. 1:... 8)

Equilibrium - Unbesiegt <D<D<D
Footnote: There's no actual video above, this one is audio only.

* - No such thing as a 500hp Chainsaw? Ye obviously havn't seen what I've got in my ideas and inventions file...;)<D
