Hi there,
I have an advance ticket from Glasgow Queen Street to London via Edinburgh.
I actually booked to Finsbury Park from where I intended to travel to my final destination by tube (zone 2 via zone 1).
The site I used actually sold me a ticket from GLQ to London Underground Zones 1&2.
The intinery is
GLQ to Waverley
Waverley to Stevenage
Stevenage to Finsbury Park (on a Brighton service).
Am I correct in assuming that I can stay on the Brighton service to Farringdon and change there to the tube (this would be very convenient) and travel to my tube destination without using Oyster?
Also, is there any reason I couldn't stay on the LNER service to King's Cross and change to the tube there as the ticket is to London UZ12?
I am thinking that although the ticket/reservation is to Stevenage is it not possible to do the rest of the journey on any train (ie just stay on the one I'm on?)
Thanks in advance for any help.
