Trains do not carry Rail Gap Jumper leads, they are far too bulky and heavy to be carried on a train.I also thought that trains carried a a pair of leads, one end of which plugged into a socket on the side of a motor car and the other ends were clamped to live rails. The train could then be moved a few yards to reach live rails. Perhaps H&S had them banned.
