Hello i have been waiting for 14 month since i had the good news of passing my interview and test etc with northern rail. I had the phone call of being accepted onto the 8th june training course. I know some people have been in the same predicament and now needing to do a second third interview...

I rang hr today. Again they stated there are courses but they dont know an exaxt date. There are still some people who passed in december who will be on the coarse first I passed mine jan 27

Im hoping it will be weeks rather than months but hr said it could be up to 6 months as they are trying to get everything sorted and finding what depots the drivers are needed. When I asked am I defo on a course at some point she said yes. We shall see

No I asked when we would hear she said she wouldnt be marking up tonight but asap. She said probably next week. Fingers crossed all. How many positions are they this time round

I think if we get through then theres no doubt we will be offered a job. However a guy next to me said he had got through eveything about a year ago or so but got put on hold that long that his tests were out of date so had to do it again

not really commented on here but iv also passed. was thinking I would of found out tomoz as I received the email at half 6. gr must of been working overtime. anyway glad to hear people passed and hope we all get on same training course in the future
