    Caledonian Sleeper discussion

Correct me if i'm wrong but 87002 and now 86101 both have a 100% no failure record when they work the sleepers. Says it all really built to last. How they wish there was a couple more around to save having to resort using duffs etc on 1s26 from Carstairs.

    4 From 8 Rovers

Not sure about this one but some of the rovers out there offer 4 from 8 instead of consecutive days. Does anyone know how the tickets issued or are they separate and do you have to nominate which of the 4 days you wish to travel?

    failed 92 on 1S25! (14/04/15)

Something did look odd on RTT 1S26 was 40 late into Glasgow sat at Preston for almost 30 mins. 1M11 sat at Carlisle for 30 mins as well so all is still not right with them.

    failed 92 on 1S25! (14/04/15)

Yeah you would have to think so either that or it could be an exam taking place in Willesden. More than likely back on ECS duties dunno if the skoda is a newly hired in one or not. I think 90019 was the other one on the highland turn. 1s26 was a Serco liveried 92 tonight so I think that could be...

    Serco for Sleeper

Just been looking at booking the Fort William sleeper and it seems that most nights there ain't much availability at all. The Inverness sleeper has a full coach of empty twin berths, as a previous poster said are there no plans to stick a 3rd sleeper on the Fort William portion in the summer...

Ticket expiry question in relation to All Line Rovers

No sure if this one has been covered but how does expiry in relation to the time on an All Line Rover work? For example if it was going to expire tonight at 0000 is it ok to start your journey before midnight on one train then finish the next morning without needing an extra ticket?
