Anything to stop someone going to East Midlands Parkway for me and getting the required tickets, then using them on East Midlands services elsewhere not starting from/ending in East Midlands Parkway?

And as usual I'm happy to pay a visit to East Mids Parkway to buy tickets and then post them out to anyone who wants them. PM me.

Where it say 'travel anywhere on the network' does that mean just emt network, or any other TOC's? surely it can't be £15 to travel all over?

From the linked FAQ on that page.

You can travel anywhere on the East Midlands Trains network, on East Midlands Trains only, for the specific day only.

I am a bit concerned as the end of the vouchers says:
£15 return fare from East Midlands Parkway (£5 children) allows unlimited standard class travel on the East Midlands Train network only. Valid for travel on Saturday 5th March 2011 only. No further discounts or refunds available. Outward and return travel can be made on any train, anytime, provided the journey is made on Saturday 5th March 2011. Available for purchase and travel from East Midlands Parkway station only.

So could still take the first EMT off Norwich? Even-though it wasn't possible to get there from E. Mids PWay?

It looks like you can buy the tickets in advance, so yes, the first EMT service from Norwich would be fine.

People have done it without problems before, just take the T&Cs with you if you're unsure.
