A long shot-regarding ETR.500s

Hello all,

Just been going thorugh some of my Italian photographs from last July, and I realised that, since the E.404 powercars on ETR.500 "Frecciarossa" train sets are regularly swapped around (à la our HSTs), I've found it nigh on impossible to find out which powercars are in which set. Does anyone know where I can find a list of some sort that shows which powercars were on which set at that time?

the only list that I know is on the ferrovie.info forum. Sign-in is required to read that topic, but registration is free

The list is no-official made by enthusiasts observing trains in the stations. Data are quite old (2010-2011).

for example in the data is reported that the ETR 500 n° 18 was spotted with the E 404.632 and E 404.633 powercars the 14th of June 2010.
