Advance Tickets for Dec?

Im looking at booking Tickets down to London with Virgin for Dec 20th and just wanted to know when will they be open to book for that date?

It'll be around another 3-4 weeks - Advance tickets become available around 12 weeks before the travel date

Usually roughly 12 weeks in advance but may depend on engineering works.

There is a list on National Rail's website, it is sometimes a day or two off.

I find the short paragraph at the bottom rather amusing.

If your in a hurry you could book a Plane or Coach today.

This is one of the problems with Rail Travel.

Having said that I did get caught out by snow the other year on the plane from Edinburgh to Birmingham.
