In Brussels the enforced transfer times make sense, as the Eurostar terminal is separate from the rest of the station and it can be quite a long walk from the rearmost coach to the exit (at the front of the train).
In Rotterdam and Amsterdam there are multiple exit points on the platform and it should be possible to reach any connection in 5 minutes.
