If I bought an All Line Rover Ticket, I know that it's an off peak railcard however if I got on one of the overnight portions at either at Fort William, Inverness or Aberdeen would I have to get off at Preston, as it arrives around 0430? I know you can't use the Two Together Railcard between the hours of 0430-0930, or as I boarded the train during off peak time can could I continue into Euston?

AIUI, the restriction is on when you start the journey, not when you finish it so you should be fine.

As has been discussed repeatedly elsewhere, the Two Together restiction does not apply to Sleeper services where you board prior to 0430.
