Hi everyone. Does any of you know whether TOC give feedbacks for Assessments? I have recently passed two stages of Assessment for a trainee train driver role. I got an email confirming that I had passed both tests and then they put me on hold. When I spoke to them, they told me that they would invite me for a Driver Manager interview. In fact I need to know my results. I am sure, I've seen a thread on the forum saying that you can get your actual feedbacks.

If you have passed and they have told you they will invite you to a DM interview, why do you "need" feedback?

yes not sure why you need feedback on success as you pass to the next stage! I always ask for feedback if i DONT get the job! My feedback for a good interview IS getting the job ;)

The reason I need feedback is that some people who took the test have taken the course already and some are still on waiting list. I need to know how good or bad are my results.

Why? :?

It won't make any difference - the test are done and you passed! All you can do is contact HR and see when the next stage might be/how long you will be on the waiting list. They're under no obligation to provide feedback anyway as far as i'm aware.

I personally am very proud to get where I am, awaiting a DM interview, and ScotRail can take all the time they need as far as I am concerned.

I originally applied almost a year ago and sat stage one assessments last August.

My point is simple; Patience.

Give yourself credit for getting this far, not many people do.

What's for you won't go past you.

Congratulations on getting where you are, and good luck. You're still in the game!

Very much my own feeling. I sat the psychometrics with DRS recently, and I'm thrilled to have passed them - while I'm curious as to how I did, I don't really need to know right now. I'm just focussing on getting ready for my final interview on 2nd June.
