EFE is owned by Bachmann, so it's basically a sub-brand of them now.

It seems to be a way of releasing older tooled models that aren’t quite up to Bachmann standards, at a lower price without damaging the Bachmann brand.

EFE Rail is non Kader toolings. Largely Kernow Model Rail Centre designed models and is ongoing with new releases rather than being "older tooled models"
