is there some work happening on the line between Burton & Bardon as the usual freight service from Tinsley to Bardon has been going via the Erewash Valley & Toton lone all week & running as 6M01.

Tinsley to Bardon is again running as 6M01 & down the Erewash route. Can anyone shed any light on what’s happening between Burton on Trent & Bardon?

Cable theft has taken out the signalling somewhere along the route, apparently.
