You can't get 'sent' it as all the file paths will vary from different computer to computer, so everything set up for my PC will not work on yours. So, yes you will have to download it all, like every other openbve user.

As for your e-mail address being removed - I would guess that this is because of spam etc... but that will need confirming by Matt.
