cant log into firstgroup website

Hi guys has anyone came across the problem of trying to log into https://firstgroup.hua.hrsmart.com/ats/career_center.php?user_logging_in=1 to check applications and been met with the message user deactivated?

mines has been fine up until today.

Its been like that for a few weeks. I clicked the forgotten username/ password link and reset it all.
Once in found no trace of application.

Have since had emails for first stating that they are in the process of changing the website but that applications are unaffected.

Thats odd, I have an interview coming up and now will struggle to see if my application status changes afterwards. Hope they fix it asap.

there seems to be about 30million different first logon pages, that either work or don't

Send First an email, this happened to my girlfriend recently, she got an email back saying to log in using a URL they sent her but she had to re register her details eventually
